Curl

Only a few millimeters across, this is a tiny curl from the shoot of a pea pod. I love how something so small can be so truely wonderful and graceful. Note to self: Don't forget to take notice of the small things - they are amazing! Copyright 2017 Scott Norris Photography scottnorrisphotography.com

Monkey Bars

Monkey Bars

The monkey bars, the swings, the slides, and the fire poles.  My son visited all of them multiple times on this summer morning visit to the playground.

Abstract Tones

Abstract Tones

I call this image Abstract Tones.  Can you guess what it is?  I’ll admit to using Topaz Glow and Topaz Impression in the creation of this image, but both of those plugins were used at the end of the process in the final touches.  The spiral/ concentric circles you see here is straight of the camera.

St Francis Seminary Woods

St Francis Seminary Woods

“In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.” –John Muir Shot on a quiet, albeit cold and very icy, walk through the St. Francis Seminary Woods in St. Francis, Wisconsin, just south of Milwaukee along the shore of Lake Michigan.

Golden Autumn Woods

Golden Woods
